The terms and conditions detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘user’ (‘you’ or ‘the customer’) and LoveSign.com.au (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘the website’), which is owned and operated by Alan James/Al et al, ABN 42 892 935 261.

These terms and conditions are important as they protect your rights as our valued customer, and our rights as your trusted provider. By confirming your order, we understand that you have read and accepted these conditions.

LoveSign.com.au processes credit card payments securely via the Stripe payment gateway using SSL encryption. This service does not cost you anything and you do not need to hold an account. LoveSign.com.au does not access or store your credit card details. Please refer to Stripe for further information.

The prices listed on LoveSign.com.au are shown in Australian Dollars, including GST and excluding delivery, unless otherwise noted. Any delivery costs are detailed in the checkout. If an obviously incorrect price is charged, due to human or technical error, your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded.

Products purchased on LoveSign.com.au will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. While we work hard to ensure prompt dispatch and efficient delivery, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery or loss of a delivery caused by the delivery contractor or other factors out of our control. If you do not receive your delivery, we will promptly investigate and organise redelivery or reimbursement as required. Should a product become unavailable for any reason, we will immediately refund the price you paid.

All products are carefully inspected prior to packaging and are dispatched in good order. If you are not satisfied with the quality or integrity of the product, or if the product was damaged in transit, we will replace it at our expense.
